A long time ago in the year 1992, my father purchased a TV. It was the bomb, hi-class, top of the line "Big Screen" TV. It graced my fathers house until July of 2006 when he handed it down to ME!
Matt took the TV apart and dusted the bulbs and it was like 1992 again, the screen was bright as the noon day sun and the image was sharp! Well, 1992 kick-ass quality, if I must be honest.
Around Summer of 2010 the power button started working intermittently, so if it didn't work we would have to push the button on and off really, really fast and it would eventually catch. So the policy became "DON'T SHUT OFF THE TV".
Unfortunately, my brother Barry didn't know of this policy. After the football game on Thanksgiving he turned the TV off... For the last time!
No matter how fast we pushed the power button that TV never came back to life.
So farewell my super cool "Big Screen".
