Larsen Family Love

This morning Camden decided that he wanted to wear his giraffe boots to school. I tried to talk him out of the boots and into his regular power ranger shoes but he wasn't having it. So as we are pulling up to school he says

C: Mom I don't want to wear my boots to school

M: Camden I didn't bring any other shoes because you wanted to wear your boots

C: But mom the kids will make fun of me

M: Oh no honey I think the kids will love your boots and think they are super cool

C: Mom I don't want to wear my boot

M: Camden you picked the boots now your going to have to live with the consequences

C: But mom, I was just kidding, I didn't want to wear my boots

Ummm. Hello, he is only 4. Why am I having this conversation with a 4 year old.
